Terms of Business and Fees

Fee terms and general business terms are available only for persons with intention to become clients.
The professional fee of a german attorney is regulated by the federal attorney´s fee law (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz). This law is identical to all attorneys. The civil code is partially applicable as well.
Decisive for the extent of an attorney fee are:

• the legal, economical and otherwise complexity,
• the temporal effort, and the speed in which a solution is presented,
• the value in litigation or your financial interest.
• the risk of a transaction.

The location of the lawyer´s branch and the location of litigation are other fee determining factors. For international transaction I charge set up fees and success based fees. Fees reflect the typical risk, responsibility, monetary value of advise and execution accompanying support.
